Additional Functions

In addition to standard cutting, punching, and forming processes, we provide welding and finishing operations (touch-up, burr removal, etc.) to deliver our customers with the highest degree of satisfaction.

Welding

We support welding for hot-rolled, cold-rolled, pre-plated materials, and corrosion-resistant steel plate materials.

Finishing (touch-up, burr removal)

Zinc treatment: Slit surfaces are treated with zinc to prevent rusting.
We also process cut surfaces.
Clear and color coatings (air blast) are available as well.

One-stop approach

Our Mie Center offers one-stop operations that combine the steel procurement capability of a steel distributor that sells 20,000 tons per month with the cutting, fabricating, inventory, and shipping capabilities of our Coil Center and the product design and manufacturing capability of a manufacturer.

1.Planning and development

We offer proposals that start with product planning and development.
2.Design and drafting of drawings

We can offer assistance from the design and drawing stage in order to give shape to customer wishes. Our design personnel attend meetings so that they can consult with customers in person.
3.Supply and material inventory

Since the Steel Sheet Business is our main area of operations, there’s no need to worry about material selection or product inventory. We select the best materials and lead times for each project.
4.Manufacture

All processes are performed at our Mie Center, including shaping, cutting, drilling, and post-processing.
5.Inventory

Products are stored at the Mie Center’s product yard, where an inventory control system is used to manage products.
6.Shipment

Our in-house distribution department takes responsibility for delivering products to customers.
